CEO and a co-founder of MedNetOne Health Solutions and a champion of innovative primary care and chronic care initiatives, including the Community Care Travel Team, which received the Eagle Award from the Greater Detroit Area Health Council in 2010. Ms. Matuszewski has a history of leading physicians and their practice teams through change and promotes a vision of patient-centered medicine and a culture of organizational excellence. Areas of expertise include health policy analysis, physician workforce strategies, physician practice environment, primary care team leadership, primary care practice management/governance interface and quality improvement and validation within physician practices. Ms. Matuszewski consults with medical societies and state, local, national and international health care organizations, including the Michigan State Medical Society and the Michigan Osteopathic Association and is a frequent speaker on the Patient Centered Medical Home and ACO initiatives, management of health care innovation and primary care based chronic care programs. Ms. Matuszewski is a practice mentor with the American Academy of Family Physicians’ Practice Enhancement Forum, a guest lecturer at the Doctors’ Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, member of the Michigan Primary Care Consortium and co-chair of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Physician Group Incentive Program (PGIP) Patient Centered Medical Home Committee. She is also a founding member of the Michigan Stanford Chronic Disease Self Management Program Master Trainers Organization, American Medical Group Association and the Michigan Primary Care Consortium. Ms. Matuszewski was named a Champion of the New Economy in 2011 by DBusiness Magazine for advancing the new model of primary care medicine in Southeast Michigan. She is a graduate of Wayne State University.

Associate Medical Director
Elizabeth Haberkorn, MSN, FNP-BC, serves as the Associate Medical Director at Medical Network One. As Associate Medical Director, Haberkorn is responsible for advising the organization on best practices in her specialty area of primary care.
Haberkorn also serves as the family nurse practitioner at Judson Center Family Health, an integrated primary care clinic in Warren, Michigan. Judson Center Family Health (JCFH) provides family healthcare services, integrated with behavioral health to all ages and is a joint effort between MedNetOne and non-profit, Judson Center. Judson Center is a multi-county human service agency that also provides autism programs, behavioral health services, child, and family services including foster care, adoption, and employment services for persons with disabilities. MedNetOne provides clinical staffing and infrastructure for JCFH. Haberkorn took the lead in March 2020 to introduce tele-health at JCFH to ease primary care access during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, she began Medication-Assisted Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Programs at Judson to treat substance use disorders as well as sustain recovery and prevent overdose.
Prior to joining MedNetOne, Haberkorn was a nurse practitioner in internal medicine and occupational health. She has also served as an emergency/trauma nurse at multiple health systems in Metro-Detroit, and a research assistant at Michigan Medicine. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Madonna University, and a
Bachelor of Arts in kinesiology from Albion College.
